“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life”
Yoga of body, mind and spirit
Yoga with Flow Infinito is a combination of traditional Tantra Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga
Hatha Yoga
It is a physical form of yoga based on asana’s (position) sequences and breathing techniques.
The origins of hatha yoga have been traced back to the eleventh century a.d. The Sanskrit word Ha means "sun" and Tha means "moon," and thus hatha, or literally sun-moon yoga, strives to balance opposing parts of the physical body, the front and back, left and right, top and bottom.
Tantra Yoga
This ancient practice is a powerful combination of asana, mantra, mudra, bandha (energy lock) and chakra (energy center) work that you can use to build strength, clarity, and bliss in everyday life. Tantra yoga is based on the subtle human energy system - Prana - in Chinese culture called "Qi". Asana sequences in combination with deep relaxation harmonise and balance the Prana system, which is kept in balance to ensure the holistic health of our being. During the practice of Tantra Yoga, we focus on the flow and sublimation of energy of energy centres called chakras. Each position - asana activates a different chakra. Therefore, this practice requires meditative focus and concentration, which can be learned by practicing regularly.
Kundalini Yoga
A school of yoga that focuses on awakening kundalini energy - a life force divine feminine energy dormant at the base of the spine. "Kundalini Yoga consists of active and passive asana-based kriyas, pranayama, and meditations which target the whole body system (nervous system, glands, mental faculties, chakras) to develop awareness, consciousness and spiritual strength." — Yogi Bhajan
