What is Shakti Awakening Tantric Women's Gathering?

Shakti Awakening gathering is based on tantric principles* and practices and sharing circle. The main focus of these sessions are to awaken Shakti energy - the creative power dormant in the hips, to reconnect with the inner power and femininity, discover your unconscious resources and desires, and to find your authentic expression. This will result in: regaining confidence in yourself or strengthening it, better connection with your body, awakening Shakti energy - your life force, improvement of your sex life, relationships with your partner and loved ones, living your life from your authentic self.

I use different techniques such as tantric practices: breath work, body and energy awareness, Intuitive Dance and meditation to awake se*ual energy - source of creativity and vitality drawing my knowledge and skills from various fields, merging together the wisdom of the East and West so we can work across many layers: mind, body and soul.

There is a different theme at every session in relation to: self love, gratitude, intimacy, sensuality, sexuality, innocence, expansion, confidence.

What is Shakti Awakening Dance?

Shakti Awakening Dance it’s an intuitive dance that helps deepen contact with the body, awakens intuition, ignites sources of power, creativity and joy. The main focus of this dance is to awaken Shakti energy - the creative power dormant in the hips, to reconnect with the inner power and femininity, discover your unconscious resources and desires, and to find your authentic expression. It helps you to feel more grounded, more flexible and fluid in the body and in life. Free, intuitive dance expands our hearts, harmonises body, mind and soul.

What is the Cacao Ceremony and why do I use it at my workshops?

Cacao was used by the Maya and Aztecs as a sacred plant supporting inner journeys to the spiritual worlds. They believed that cocoa harmonises the imbalance between the mind and the heart, helps to fully open the heart and feel unconditional love.

Ceremonial cacao is different from confectionery chocolate or even cocoa or cacao powder. What makes ceremonial cacao different is its active ingredients and how the cacao butter is preserved. The bean is gently fermented and ground into a rich paste. Cacao is deeply nourishing for our physical bodies. It's full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and neurotransmitters. Cacao increases blood flow to the brain and heart, creating heightened mental agility, awareness, and focus. It’s also an aphrodisiac and energy-enhancer.

I prepare this delicious nectar from raw, unprocessed cacao beans adding plant milk and plant syrup for a milder taste so we can enjoy the drink that stimulates our senses. I suggest drinking it mindfully, holding an intention or just enjoy in your own way.
