I am here to help you to explore what you need in your life and to show you how to connect with the joy within you. You have all the answers within you. You just need to listen to your inner voice - your intuition.

In our sessions we will look at your challenges from a holistic perspective and that means we look at a problem or issue and how it relates to your whole life. I will use various techniques such as psychotherapy, goal setting, mindfulness, visualisation and breathing techniques.

Holistic coaching and psychotherapy explores every aspect of a person’s life - body, mind and spirit as a whole. As everyone is unique, as too are the issues that may be most relevant, the holistic approach offers a person-centered experience that encourages positive changes.

I graduated in Transpersonal Psychotherapy and I work with an integrative approach that embraces major therapeutic approaches: Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Existential and Transpersonal. I believe working with different modalities is a powerful way of exploring the complexity of a human life, with a potential to lead to deep understanding of the issues presenting themselves during therapy. Holistic approach gives me a range of different tools to use with different clients – enabling each course of therapy to be tailored to your specific needs. Theory is hugely helpful, but I believe deeply that the most important thing in therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist.
