Yoga and meditation are complementary practices that lead to achieve mental, emotional and physical healing and stress relief. Through yoga we develop a language to speak to our bodies; with meditation we learn to attend to our bodies and to each other, with awareness and through kindness.
When the body moves, the mind follows.
My Hatha yoga classes encourage "movement," therefore any asana class is flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations. My guided meditation is a your state of relaxed concentration and harmony invoked and led by my voice.
