Coconut water is low in calories. It contains potassium, magnesium. and antioxidants and young coconut meat has about 90% of saturated fatty acids and 10% of unsaturated fatty acids; its very low in Cholesterol and Sodium and a very good source of proteins ( Vegans! Read this!) and Manganese. Also full in vitamins and minerals: Vitamin C, E, K, Thiamin, Niacin, Folate, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Zinc, Copper, Selenium
